My baby is a hidro-kef baby. she had alot of progress but she still cant sit by herself and she is not that strong in her neck yet. She is 1jr 6mnth and getting big for a baby bath. I'm trying to find something that I can put in the normal bath so that she can be comfortable and dont have to worry that she is coming to slip out of my hand. Have one of the normal baby bath seats but I dont trust that so much. Any one have another idee

you can get giant sponges. my son used to have one when he was a baby. or there not really non slip but if you put a non-slip bath mat on the bottom of the big bath then its better. i did that when i transitioned my son from a baby bath to a big bath. or you can get in the bath with her! hope this helps!

I don't know if you have this where you live but in Israel there are all sort of bath pouffes that are really fun to use in a baby bath and as a transition to the bigger baths.
this is a link to the company's website, where you can see the products: http://www.pomfitis.com/MiniSite_Gallery... the pouffes are designed for use in water so they have no problem being sunk in water and then dried outside in the sun. it's not a hard support but it's usefull untill your baby can control what she needs to.
hope this helps.

Hydro-kef was called in the olden day - waterkoppies. She only has half of her brain and the rest is water. she has a shant it what drains the water

I couldn't remember what it was called, but my son was a big baby and you can get products that help a baby who can't yet sit, and still have a weak neck. Anyway, here is a link to the type of product I mean :) I know there are other varieties out there, but as you can see, the baby is slightly reclined, which then doesn't put pressure on the neck muscles. The one I had padding in it.
