If he doesn't want anything to do w/ the baby perhaps putting the child up for adoption would be in your best interest.

What kind of support system do you have? Are you in school? Working? How do you plan to raise and support your child?

It IS possible to raise this baby alone, but it is a challenge and if you are not up for the challenge you owe it to your child to find a loving couple that IS.

Well, you made a decision to have sex with someone, and you didn't use protection, so the natural consequences happened. Now you need to prepare for the baby, and realize that your childhood is now over. You are about to be a parent.
Get into support groups in your area for young parents
Make sure that paternity is proven, and that you have filed for custody, visitation, and support once the child is born
Co Parent with the man that you slept with. Time to be an adult about things. This child isn't YOURS, but a result of an action that you and another person took. You BOTH have responsibilities to the child, and you both have the right to be parents.
