Hi I been on the implant for almost 3 yrs now in 5 mths will be 3 yrs I hve gotten my normal cycle evry month since I been on it expect this month I didn't get it I been eating alot nd stressed back pains and tired all the time I have a son but I think I might be preg agin I don't kno someone help am I? What should I do?!

You should take a pregnancy test then call your doctor.
If the test is positive, you'll need prenatal care. If the test is negative, you still need to find out what is causing the symptoms.
