Bilateral Transverse Palmar Crease?

I have a five month old with these creases. He is developing typically. Very strong, alert, etc. However, transverse palmar creases are apparently associated with a rainbow of chromosomal abnormalities.
anyone have any experience or knowledge on this topic?
