Birth control

My daughter is 16 and I'm trying to find a good birth control for her. We tried pills and she doesn't remember them. We tried the patch that worked great. I think they changed them because they no longer stick to her skin. Anyone know anything else good we should try??

If she "doesn't remember" her pills, she is not responsible enough to have sex. Teach her how to use condoms & sponges, or condoms and foam, or something...

But don't expect her to "remember" to use those either. Your best bet is to talk to your OBGYN about a permanent method of control, such as a subdermal application. Either that or a chastity belt...

Teach her how to use a condom. Also, with the birth control, you can make a morning ritual with it. You can help remind her. But here is the thing, if she is not responsible enough to protect herself, you need to explain she is not responsible enough to have sex.
