bleeding after cesearean and mirena placed and then taken out. feel like im bleeding to death

Anyone ever had a cesearan because of placenta abruption then 7 weeks later have a period then they placed a mirena in . I wouldnt quit bleeding and cramping so they took it out. Still bleeding! Im cramping and bleeding still so they gave me a prescription. still bleeding. Help!
