My 20 yr old son has 22q11.2 and is greatly affected by it. he also has 17q12 micro duplication and i just found out two days ago that i have 17q12 micro dup as well. I am still in shock. I don't know what part of my life has been personality, nature vs nurture or the 17q12 dup.....can someone help me with the symptoms please?? I have always regarded my son's 22q micro deletion to be the worst of his problems. Now, I have to wonder.
