Get a second opinion (from a doctor, not an internet forum) if you are not happy with the initial one.

My friends son has an enlarged testicle, after ultrasound, they said its just fluid, and should be left alone, that nothing can happen. Most people say at the least it should be drained. Are there any thoughts on this? Any issues that should be addressed with the doctor, or oncologist? He is an only child, and she wants grandbabies:)
