My boys drink milk and juices but never Water how can I get them to drink water

Double post...

Stop buying juice. Eliminate it from the house entirely until this habit is long broken. Offer milk w/ meals and water the rest of the day only. If they get thirsty enough... they'll drink.

I used to watch a little boy who was a 'juice addict' at 3 years old. His mother did this and w/in 2-3 weeks he loved drinking water (especially w/ ice from their ice maker on the fridge).

You need to be consistent with it. Only milk at meals and juice only once in a while. They will get used to it.

Okay. THEIR boys 4 and 2. I do that and they will just leave it their all day and cry cuz I won't give in until I can't handle the Cry's no more

Not sure how old they are but you are the parent so you should be the one deciding how much they get. I would put out cups of water for them on a table or counter and let them have just that. It will take time and a few fits but they will learn to drink it.
