Breast Milk.

I was wondering when your milk supply dried up? I breastfeed my son the first month. He's now almost 7 months and I still have drops that will come out!?! Also can this amount still keep you from losing weight?

Are you squeezing your breasts to get the milk out or are they full and leaking? if you have to squeeze and only get a small amount out then they aren't "producing" milk anymore. The best way to loose weight is to watch what you eat and keep moving. Exercise and healthy eating will move the weight.

Besides most women find they DO lose weight while breastfeeding.

Wow thats crazy I didnt know it like never went away! And about the losing weight thing I just heard a lot of women cant lose weight until they stop breast feeding and their supply dries up. I didnt know if drying up meant completely no milk or if it just meant mostly. Thats what I meant by does the fact its not all dried up not allow me to lose weight.

My mom hasn't breastfed in 32 years and still gets drops of milk that come out. Anytime a person breastfeeds, your breast tissue changes and become milk ducts. Those don't go away. (It's how there were "wet nurses", which were very often women who had breastfed their own child/children, and later re-lactated and breastfed the babies of other women.)

Also, I have no idea what you're talking about in regards to drops of milk your boobs are producing having to do with losing weight. It's all calories in vs. calories out.
