i been breastfeeding my baby ais only 2months and half and i dont seem to have lost any pound instead i gain 5more pounds this really discourage me but i also keep breastfeeding bc i want my baby to be healthy, but it gets kinda frustrating not beeing able to lose any pounds if i breastfeed but mostly pump :/ anybody has any suggestions or same situation!! need some advice!!
