My best friend has decided to give me custody of her new born bby i have a 4 year old and i breastfeed him i would love to breastfeed the new baby but i dont have breast milk what can i do or take to produce breastmilk someone help plz

I have heard the suckling can stimulate it. You could talk to a lactation consultant and they might have tips. Good job on being there for this baby :)
