Bullied for being Asian

My youngest child is bullied because she is Chinese. In our household we do traditional Chinese things, and we believe in only A'a in school. My child is bullied for being too smart and for looking different. She even has asked me if there are operations to change your race. It upsets me very much.
What should I do?

Who is doing the bullying? Confront them, and their parents, to start.

Singling out someone because of certain characteristics is NOT ok. The parents of the children who are doing this need to be called out on their behaviour. The kids have learned it from somewhere...

Start with talking to the parents and children involved. If it doesn't stop, personally, I'd find a way to escalate a charge against them for harassment. Maybe, when they get served with paperwork for a harassment charge, they'll figure out that bullying is not acceptable.

If it's happening at school, you can have the school held responsible for not enforcing no bullying practices, as well as the parents and children in question.
