I am a mother of two, Bay my 3yr old and Endy my 6yr old, both girls. I have a full time job and I am a full time student... it is not going well. I am struggling to keep up with all areas work, school, kids, and home on a daily basis. I feel defeated. As much as I dont want to I can not let anything go. I started full time at my job last semester so I took the semester off to get used to working full time. I have to complete 12 units each school year to keep my job. So I have to keep all my classes or start looking for a new job. My kids are suffering because my class doesnt end until 940. So I dont get them home until about 10:30pm. So their loosing out on sleep because I have to wake them up by 6 the next morning so I can get to work on time. I cant seem to get myself on a schedule. By the time my day is done I just want to sleep. I dont feel like cooking or cleaning. The two days I dont have school I barely have enough energy to help the girls with their homework not to mention I have to do my own. How do I get the ball rolling?

Well first look into getting either a part time job or no job. Make sure your hours are during your girls school and maybe a bit after. Try taking online classes though because they are just as good. I hope I helped you!
