Cerezette pills!

Has anybody got anything encouraging to say about these pills as I have just started taking them and all I can find is negative remarks about long bleeds. I have taken these pills for 5 weeks and have just started a long bleed that never seems to end. Any body out there got any words of encouragement on why I should stay on them?

Ugh, I think that's the one thing I haven't used! I can't take BC, I always have an adverse reaction. I bled for 6 months on Mirena and finally told my doctor enough is enough. She wanted me to stick it out!!!
I found some info, even though I'm sure you've looked into it: http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/medicines/100...

But if it continues, I would just get off IMO.

Since it only contains progestrone, it is prob like the depo shot, I have never taken that pill, but have taken the depo shot (just once) and started my last period on Jan. 7th, and it is still going! The doc had told me that until it is completely out of my system ( anywhere from 6-12 months), I will probably continue to bleed. It has something to do with that hormone. I was told, that over time, I could not have this problem after the first year or so, but since I only had mine til I could get a tubal, I won't need it again. The way I understood it, was that my chances were 50/50, so the choice is yours. It could eventually get better, or you could continue to bleed, and trust me, 44 (and counting) straight days of bleeding like it's the first day of my period really really really stinks!!!
