Changing Bedtime?

My daughter is 17 months old. Here is her sleep schedule...

Wake - 7.30am
Nap - 12.30/1pm - 2.30/3pm
Bath - 7pm
Bedtime - 7.30pm

She's had this routine for at least the past 6 months, so it's nothing new, but lately it's been taking her about 2 hours to fall asleep at night. We do her bath time, bottle, and story and then I ask her if she wants to get raggie (her comfort) and she grabs it and walks herself to the bedroom. We tuck her in and blow kisses and she's happy as can be. Then she'll sing to herself or play with her raggie for the next 2 hours before she finally falls asleep. She's never upset or crying, she's just awake. We go in the room every 20 minutes or so to tuck her back in, but nothing really puts her to sleep sooner.

So my question is, should we put her to bed later since she'll be awake anyway or keep going as we're going because she's happy to go to bed at that time, she just doesn't sleep?

P.S. She does still wake one time in the night, but we just tuck her back in and she'll fall asleep on her own within 5 minutes. And please don't suggest I change or shorten her nap because I've found if she doesn't get at a good nap she'll wake up multiple times in the night. Thanks!

This is quite normal my daughter does the same as infuriating it is to listen to her sing over the monitor for hours. All of a sudden she will stop doing this, you could try shortening her afternoon sleep to an hour and see if this makes any difference. My daughter is 2 years 3 months and she has just started to fall asleep within 10 minutes of going to bed. Thank goodness peace at last!
