Why would someone file challange to paternity where he knows he is the father.i took dna test same day after child support hearing that I filed . My ex nationality hevis half Thailand and half Laos . His parents were against me when they found out I was pregnant and even before that , I'm White Russian . My ex is 41 and I'm 38 yo. I'm so mad ,,, I know his sister and mother forced him to file for DNA .

Well, if he's an adult, and he filed for proof of paternity, it's highly doubtful that his female relatives "forced" him into anything, especially considering the nationality in question.

Generally, men who ask for DNA proof do so in order to establish once & for all that they are the biological father.

My question to you: Why would you be so upset about proving what you already "know"? If you are 100% certain, then the test will just prove you out, correct? Why try to get out of it?

Here's the deal. He has just as much right to question and request proof as you do. If he wants to have proof of paternity, and you give it to him, it's one less thing he can argue about. But, if you stall on the paternity issue, it is a reasonable doubt for him that the child is actually his.

Just provide the proof and move forward. It's a protective step on both sides.
