Child using first names in different homes?

We have a child in our home that goes between households. We have never told the child what to call each parent. Our child calls both the parents and stepparents "mom" and "dad" regardless of them being the biological or stepparent. Recently, our child has begun referencing the other set of parents by their first names. We can only assume the same is happening when not at home with us. Has anyone had this happen before? For those who have experienced this, how do you suggest we move forward? Let it pass?

My kids sometimes refer to me by my first name and they don't go back and forth between homes. I would just ignore it depending on their agrees the bigger issue you make it the longer before it goes away. They may do it to prevent confusion, if everyone is being called mom and dad when they are in one home it maybe just so the adults know which mom and dad they are talking about.
