Chronic Running nose with some sneezing especially in mornings

Granddaughter suffers from a chronic running nose since she started day care but not congested at nite but some occasional sneezing every now and then! Cough, allergy and sinus medicines not effective in stopping the problem and irrigation 3x has made situation worse, with more dripping non-stop!! Who can help us? She is almost 2-1/2 yrs old
