Justice has sizes up to girls 18 and 20, which is compared to a woman's size small. Their clothing is targeted very solidly at the tween market. Their stuff looks expensive, but they always for 40% off sales.

Gap Kids also goes up to size 18 or 20. They're not as trendy as Justice if you're daughter's style is more classic. I only buy off the clearance rack at the Gap. I think it's expensive.

Crazy 8 only goes to size 14, but their size 14 is up to 62 inches tall, 110 pounds, and 27 inches in the waist. Crazy 8 is a Gymboree brand, but the clothes are cheaper and trendier... and not as little-kidish and Gymboree. They are lower quality though. A sweater that is 100% cotton at Gymboree, is likely to be a cotton/acrylic blend at Crazy 8. They have lots of sales and promotions.

Naartjie has added tween clothing recently. They have clothing up to size 16, which is supposed to fit kids up to 63 inches tall, up to 122libs, and with a 30" waist.

Forever 21 has a girls clothing line. I haven't bought any girls clothing from them yet though.

Land's End has kids clothes that go up to size 16. Their size 16 is similar to a Naartjie size 16. Lands End is generally good quality, and more classic than trendy. Land's End also has excellent shipping and customer service. They're telephone agents are very knowledgeable about the products if you have questions. You can usually get 20% or 30% off with promotions from Land's End.

All of these store have websites if you want to look at the clothes online and get a feel for what your daughter likes. Also, if she likes certain things you can call and confirm the items are there is her size for her to go and try them on.
