complex fluid collections inside of placenta????? HELP

i went to my 20 wk ultra sound yesterday and was told i had ((fluid collections inside of the placenta on the fetal side))!!!! my doctor has never seen this before and am very freaked out has anny one ever heard of this.. i was refered to a specialist!!! and its a week away HELP!!!!!! this is my second child, no previous problems! no cramping or bleeding!!
