Dad doing it alone and needs advice!

Hi Mom’s ,I am a single dad who’s struggling with two wonderful kids a(a girl 5 and boy 3) and can’t get a response of any emotional or financial support from their mom for the two kids. The emotional is for the kids not me of course. She has made it a point to not show up on her days leaving me in a bind. I have spent all my savings in my babysitter, clothes, etc. for them. When she does have them she feeds them stuff like bbq chips for breakfast, brownies or pretzel s (even though oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fruit are available). Puts the kids in dirty clothes, no bath and has them sleep on the floor. She still has ownership in the house that I pay for but has made it a point to come and go as she pleases. It’s been like this for two years, my biggest issues are childcare (I don’t live near any family) and money to pay for it. I’m desperate and I’m running out of options before I lose my job for performance (being late) and money to pay for child care. She refuses to move out permanently and refuses to pitch in at all. Shes gone 6 days a week normally and doesnt call or care about there well being. Help!

First step kick her out she isn't paying for the place so she doesn't need to be there. Second check into getting subsidy for childcare based on the fact that you are a single parent. Third file for child support from their mother. If you are not divorced perhaps that is a step as well. There are ways to help you with this you just have to really make sure that government agencies know you are doing this all alone and need help before you lose your job.
