I work part-time and work only 2 days a week. My mother watches my son when I work. My husband just took a new job where he is traveling more. Otherwise, he works from home. My son (3 1/2) is having trouble when daddy travels. His behavior and personality changes when daddy is gone. We try to explain to him just a day or so in advance that daddy will be gone for x # of days and that he will have that many sleeps (at night) before daddy comes home. We try to FaceTime as much as possible. Any other suggestions to make this easier on him and me? Thanks!
