It could be a yeast infection. In Australia you can buy Hydrazole or canestein over the counter at the pharmacy for yeast infections, it works great. Also plenty of time without a nappy on will help to dry it out and clear it up. Daktozin is another really good nappy cream. it is sold over the counter at the pharmacy but you have to ask for it, it is for fungal infections to. Corn starch that you buy in the cooking aisle of the supermarket is great to. What powder are you using? Johnson and johnson make one for nappy rashes with cornstarch in it, this is great and better then plain baby powder. Sudocream is great, amolin, bepanthem, curash they all work well in treating and preventing it. Good luck.

Take her to the doctor, it could be a yeast infection. If it's not, try Penaten, or breastmilk (if available). Give her some tummy time on the floor naked, cause air will help.
