If the restraining order doesn't cover your daughter then on the next visit don't return her to grandma , because from what you have said so far she doesn't currently have any legal right to keep her from you but make sure youre doing whats in her best interest - I don't know since the info you have given is pretty limited.

She also stated tat my daughter an i have no mother- daughter relationship wat so ever, i get my daughter for the hole summer vacation an wkends also on holidays, im afraid how the judge is goin to look at what she wrote an think i am not a mother to my daughter when i am.

yes, we didnt do anything wrong for her to do that. all i did was talk to her tat i wanted my daughter to live with us.

Well, I didnt have a place an wasnt working and the grandmother does not have any guardianship at all. Now, i have my own home working full time and she wont give me my daughter back, she also filed a restraining order against me and my boyfriend and aslo filed for guardianship over my my daughter....She has reported nothing but lies about me that arent true she is also teaching my daughter that its ok to lie.

That more depends on *why* she has been living there, and if the grandmother has actual guardianship assigned to her officially.
