I have been abused my hole adult life and I really don't know how to make it stop cause every time they acted different and every time they turned out just like the man before I need help to stop my pain

Have you tried being alone?
I'm not even being mean or rude but really you need to take a break and work on you for a bit. If you leave one relationship and start a new one you usually keep your baggage with you.
Just stop dating for awhile. You will learn that you can do it alone and don't need anyone. That is what you haven't tried yet.
