Depends where the eczema is. I had it on my hands and the doctor prescribed me a cream and it helped. I'm guessing that would help for other parts of the body. If it's on the scalp, they would prescribe maybe a certain shampoo maybe. I have trouble with scalp issues sometimes and I find tea tree oil mixed with shampoo helps a lot.
