Extreme, overwhelming fatigue with difficulty breathing in third trimester

I'm looking for some advice here or maybe some normalization or maybe just a kick in the rear to get further professional opinions. I'm in my 4th pregnancy and I've def gained faster and had more symptoms this time than any other pregnancies - everything has been a little worse BUT still not bad. No MAJOR physical discomfort until about a week ago (32 weeks) and in fact I've been very active as usual with this pregnancy. then I started having difficulty breathing - not so much shortness of breath as feeling like my body isn't getting enough oxygen. Then there's this unrelenting fatigue - at times and for hours I have to lay very strictly on my left side and breathe as deeply as possible. I don't even have to be doing anything really but suddenly i'll be standing and doing something or just sitting and typing and have to stop and quickly get into the left side position to keep from going crazy! anyone have such intense and serious symptoms ilke this?

Yeah defiinately with both of mine actually more so with my second in the last stages. I'd walk a few paces and struggled. She sat up higher than my first as well. Only with mine I couldn't lay on my left side. It's strange because in the last stages of my labour I was laying on my left side and the doctor was checking my sons vitals and looked concerned and when I rolled over his vitals picked up the doctor was quite surprised especially when I said I haven't been able to lay on that side during the pregnancy. Also because the baby would give me a hiding lol. I think babies have a way of telling you what they need even before they're born. If you need to rest then rest. If you need to walk, walk etc.

for me this is normal, but if it isn't for you, I would check with your doctor. Perhaps you have anemia, or the baby is sitting differently- maybe they can do something for you, maybe not, but I would talk to them. It never hurts to ask!

Thanks you guys! all lab work is totally great - no deficiencies and everything else is good. just seems to be an intense symptom of this pregnancy and sounds like more than just me have experienced it. I was so active (athletically) with the other 2 up till the day I delivered and the fact that i had to stop all that early with this one has been so difficult and disconcerting but it sounds completely normal for others!!!
