Feeding an 8 Month Old baby

Probably a stupid question but...

my daughter is 8 months old and I was just wondering when I can start feeding her our food. (ex. potatoes, meat veggies). She gets her baby veggies and fruit but no meat and potatoes. oh and she doesnt have any teeth, she still hasnt cut any.

my other question is her feeding schedule.

morning - bottle and cereal

lunch - bottle and fruit and veggies

drink - prune juice (she has trouble pooping)

late afternoon - bottle and fruit and veggies

supper/bedtime - bottle and cereal

this schedule seems to be working for her but should she be getting snacks (ex. fruit) in between feedings?

when do mothers normally switch babues formula with milk, or do they?

Usually, they are on formula until at least age 1. Does she seem hungry? If she's satisfied with what you are giving her, no need to add snacks. You could start offering her some little bits of noodle, mashed potato, banana...mushy stuff that she can gum :)
