My son just turned 3 in August , Im a working mom and he is in daycare, all the other 3 year olds in his class are potty trained ! My son will tell his teacher sometimes that he has to pee , and he will tell me sometimes at home too , # 2 is an issue all by itself ! I feel awful be cause I'm wondering is it me ? Is it that I have him in pull ups still ? Im afraid to put em in undies since he is in daycare , please , any personal experiences will help. My oldest son is 17 and my father and brother trained him when he was 2 !!! I am so lost , feeling down about it more than usual .. maybe it's be cause I want my 3 year old to start being a big boy and wearing undies ! Am I pushing this ? Am I comparing too much ?? HELP :-/

It's not you--the average age for boys to fully potty train is closer to 3.5 years, and even then, #2 can still be a problem.
Do you have him in pullups at home as well? It does sound like he is ready to learn because he is letting you and his teacher know he needs to go sometimes. Try putting him in undies at home, and just pull-ups for daycare. I can assure you, the other 3 year olds are still having the occasional accident even if they seem fully trained.
