My baby is still breastfeeding only but when she starts eating food I want to make my own. Most of my friends who's baby's are beginning to eat food are having trouble with constipation. I would like to avoid that as much as possible. Any suggestions? I know that anything with gluten in it can cause constipation (because it does for me too) so I'm looking for natural and healthy suggestions?
