Food issues

Im new to this circle of moms. I have a 1yr.old son and he doesn't want to eat i try a lot of different things and he mainly wants breastfeeding. Im not sure if he's getting enough to keep him full..
i welcome all suggestions. Thanks

How many months? Is he still close to 12 months or closer to 2 years? Either way... breast milk is still great for him, but if he's closer to 2 years then eating other foods becomes more important.

Two things you can try are: offering him food before breastfeeding... this works well for some, but backfires for others. My other suggestion is letting him eat food off of your plate. All of my kids as toddlers preferred whatever the parent was eating to their own food... even if it was exactly the same.

I wouldn't worry too much at this point... especially if he's still a young one. My son was eating before a year, but he was still having some breast milk only days up to an even a bit past 18 months.
