Four year old speech problems.

My child juSt turned four done speech therapy for six months and still said only one word at a time speech therapy not working i'm worried about school kid bullies as he get older and I been told he been in a few fights with the other kindergarten kids because they don't understand him. I don't know of he will improve he's movements are normal so he's not handicapped and he's fully toilet trained as well to b prove that,my pediatrician aids with speech therapy he will be alright. Just need some advice please.
