So I am 4 1/2 months and began having gallbladder attacks around 13 weeks, I am on subutex due to a bad start at life and I don't know if my doctor will give me pain meds being on subutex or will he have to take me off subutex I can't bare with the pains it's horrible I thought I was dieing when I first had the attack, it's more frequently, I eat spicy foods but it doesn't happen when I eat spicy foods , seems like when I eat BBQ ribs or soda, I haven't figured out what is causing it but does any one have any suggestions on what to do? It's so bad to where I cry and I haven't went to the er because my boyfriend can't miss any work and I have no other way there.

Everything Sarah Said! AND, stop eating fatty food. ANYTHING fatty can cause a gall bladder attack. If you feel like certain foods bring it on, easy....avoid it.

You really need to put yourself in the care of an addiction specialist and a knowledgeable OB. If you need to take opiate pain medication, you need to be off the subutex first. Are you sure it's your gallbladder? What has your doctor advised about you being on or off the subutex for your delivery? Have you told the doctor who prescribes your subutex that you are pregnant?
