I want to buy booster car seat for sisters son as present. He is 3 years old. I think that it will be a helpful present. I read at amazon and topreviews.best that Recaro and Graco car seats are the best. I can't make my choice. What car seat can you recommend? I want to buy high quality, comfortable and not very expensive car seat. Help me to choose

I really don't pay attention to brands. Something w/ a high weight/height limit to still be in a 5 point harness is important.
Are you buying the seat because he is outgrowing the limits of his current seat?
