Help very confused...do I go with moral values or my heart???

I have been married for almost 24yrs. He has cheated on me several times. I rented a place for 6 months, but was only gone for about 3 months. I had to come back due to a surgery, and have been trying to work on trusting him again. Now, coming to the end of my lease, I'm still not sure what to really do. He is now sick, and I feel I should stay, but I have lost so many feelings for him. So, please ladies help me with all your thoughts...Thanks!!!
