As I was reading I came across that if you had a child with Spinabifida and you will like to conceive again the chances are high for your next baby to have spinabifida, I have a 2 year old daughter and she came out just fine, and spinabifida doest run in neither my family side or my husband side, I'm getting a little worried and scared and I'm having second guess if we should try again or not, please help.

Read your question. It makes no sense.

You state that you've read about spinabifida, and if you have a child born with the condition, that a second child will have higher chances of the same. You then state that you ahve a 2 YO, and she "came out just fine", and that spinabifida doesn't run genetically in your family.

Why are you so worried about it, if there are no signs, it's not genetically in your family, and your first child "came out just fine"?
