Definitely seek some medical help on this... But in the mean time, I may have a bandaid solutiom for you. Yellow listerine (or off name brand).
I started using it when I got a lip piercing. It tastes totally aweful, and hurts a bit at first, but you get used to it. It works really, really well.
At the time, my diet was very popcorn heavy. I kept getting little chunks of white things in my mouth- turns out it was actually tonsil stones... Not bits of popcorn as I assumed. I had a serious problem for years and had literally no idea, because there was no smell.

duplicate post moving my response:
Bad breath can have many different causes. A sinus infection, necrotic tissue on your tonsils, reflux, tooth decay, dry mouth or poor hygiene. Get a dental check up and then talk to your doctor about it. My sister had chronic strep infections of her throat as a kid and her breath was awful, finally around 16 she saw an EENT and had her tonsils out and the problem resolved.
