I have been using fenugreek to establish my supply but it was making me super gassy as well as my baby. I had to stop taking this and started drinking “Healthy Nursing Tea” which’s good for our stomach and it helps with lactation. I can produce enough to satisfy my child.

I assume you are able to pump whilhe at work, so that's a good start. You can get either Fenugreek capsules or lactation support teas (Yogi, Traditional Medicinals, Earth Mama Angel Baby all make them, you can search on Amazon for them). That will boost your supply - make sure you drink a lot of water. If you can pump extra on days you're not working that will help too - supply and demand will even out, so if you demand more your body will try to compensate. It is work, but it is worthwhile. Brewer's yeast is also said to help - there are recipes for cookies that are supposed to help up milk production, but I've not tried those.
