She's 21 months old tantrums are very normal at this age especially when the language development isn't there yet. Just don't turn the tv on, in fact unplug it! She obviously likes going to the park do do that more. Set a routine when she wakes read a book, then make a craft, go to the park then afternoon nap, then do free play after the nap. If she's not around other kids them you're going to have to show her how to play.

If you want to improve her language read to her, talk to her. And Iran talk about everything even stuff you think no one would want to hear about like folding clothes ect. You can also teach her some sign language so she can communicate with you more easily.

Switch the TV off and get down and play with her. Build with blocks or draw. Get outside and go to the park or for a walk around the neighbourhood.

She's only a child, she's not being lazy, she's being taught to be lazy. You need to lead by example for her to change.

Yeah sometimes i switch off the tv and give her blocks and crayon, copy but she only play with them for a while and then she sits and look here and there like she don't knw wat to do now. I go out with her in park but the problem she never wanna come back to home. She cries and stretched her body when i hold her to take her home.
