How can I get my 11 month old to sleep through the night?

My 11 month old used to sleep through the night up until about a month ago. Now he is waking up twice a night and sometimes it will take me up to 3 hours to get him back to sleep. He is not crying during that 3 hours, he is awake but only wants to be cudddled and when I try to put him back in his crib he stands up and screams until I pick him back up. I thought I could just chalk it up to teething but be ause he is so calm when I cuddle him I thought it might be something more. Any suggestions on what I can do to help my lttle man get back on track with his sleep?

My son Joe (11 months) never slept through the night, untill recently. It all depends on you. I let him get one decent nap and then a power nap throughout the day. Lots of activity to help him wear himself out. I take my son outside after it cools down, or I let him run around the house and play for a few hours. It's all about figuring out what works for you and your son. As for the screaming, I give my son his bottle, put him in his crib and I let him scream. I do not go near him or check on him ( I can hear him throughout the house) It's a hard habbit to break( the cuddling and screaming) but as long as you stay calm and strong, you should be able to break that habbit with time. If you need anything else from this, shoot me a message :) Hope this helps.
