Has a doctor told you that she is underweight? Some kids are just small. If you or her father are small, and she is a good weight for her height I wouldn't worry so much. If she is generally healthy her weight may not be a problem.

Offer her food that is nutritious and high in calories - full fat cheese and yoghurt, quinoa, avocado, peanut butter, bananas, mangoes, granola, whole grain bread, fatty fish, eggs, etc. Avoid things like juice and crackers.

At this age it's really important to form good eating habits. Unless a doctor has told you that your daughter must gain weight at all cost, I would focus more on helping her to form healthy eating patterns.
