How do I break a sleeping habit? Daughter wakes every night to come into bed with me....

My daughter is 11 months old, and I am currently 11 weeks pregnant. I've just returned to work so I'm desperate for sleep at night. I've become lazy with sleep training and when my daughter wakes at night, I almost always go get her and bring her into bed with me. I know she'll fall asleep right away if I do this. Unfortunately, now I think I've created the habit, because shes waking every night, and refuses to go back to sleep unless its with me. I have tried the cry it out method, which I'm not a big fan of, but shes persistent and can go on for hours. My husband has never been much help with night duties so I've resorted to this as I'm just trying to cope myself. How do I go about breaking this habit, without losing all my sleep, and my mind? Being pregnant with a baby is tough, and I know I've been selfish in doing this, but now I need to do something to fix this before the new baby comes. Any tips?

I remember this all too well. I let my daughter sleep with me too. I had the baby sleep in our room in a bassinet..... My husband did help out though. It got to the point I was crying all the time because I was so tired. And he would tell me I shouldn't have had kids if I couldn't handle it. We are now separated and have been for a year.
