How do I get baby to nap independently?

I have a 3 month old baby girl that I nurse exclusively. Lately it seems if I want her to take a good nap I have to nurse her to sleep. When I nurse her to sleep she will take an hr nap. If I try to get her to nap independently she will only sleep for like 20 mins and wake up grouchy. I have a house to clean, dinner to cook, homework to do, work to attend, and a husband who needs me too!! How can I get her to sleep without ALWAYS needing me? She hasn't always been so needy i'm confused.

She's normal. I nursed all of my kids to sleep every time (unless they fell asleep in the car or something) they slept at that age... and up to and past a year.

If she'll nap for an hour after being nursed.... that is good. My son averaged 20 minute naps at that age. He was so much of a cat napper that the first time he napped for an hour and a half (at over a year) I checked on him 20 times cuz I was so sure that SOMETHING had to be wrong. ;)
