How do I get my 3 year to quit peeing her pants?

My child has been potty trained for off and on again since before she was two. My child started using the potty since right before she turned two and occasionally had accidents. Then my two year started peeing her pants all the time so we went back to pull ups. Then right before she turned 3 she started using the toilet full time and just having accidents occasinally when she slept. Now she is starting to wet her pants agian with frequent bed wettings at night. She is almost 4 and I have noticed that it usually happens when there is a big change in her life. What should I do?

if their sleeping schedule changes, or they're extra tired that night, it's bound to happen. all you can do is calculate approx. how many hours you think she can sleep without peeing, and just pick her up and take her to the toilet half asleep. Set your alarm. If it's happening every single night, you might just consider putting pull-ups on for a period of time, but don't let that stop you from setting your alarm just the same. don't depend on the pull-ups, in other words.

well I have a daughter who is 6 still uses training pants at night she sleeps heavy but durig the day unless your stuck somewhere there is no bathroom then ask her why she does it ask her if she forgets that she has to pee and just does it you may have to go back to asking every 20 mins just like you did when you started training also bribery works I dont like to use it but it worked for my triplets plus one find an item she wants really bad but she has to be totally potty trained during the day at least in order to get it so set a goal 6 months or less being dry with no accidents and then she can have it. start to carry a little potty with you in the car too and so there is no reason not to use the potty/ good luck i know how frustrating it can be.
