How do I get my six month old baby girl to use her hands to support herself during tummy time?

I have a six month old baby girl. she is sitting up by herself but dislikes tummy time. What worries me is when she is on tummy time she never uses her hands to support herself or hold herself up. she grabs objects easily with her hands but just wont use her harms and hands to support herself and I am wandering how she will ever learn to crawl? Any suggestions or advice will be greatly appreciated.

My daughter didn't crawl till she was 14 months old and the next day started walking. She hated tummy time, like your daughter she like to sit up so that's how she got around she scooted on her bum.

I really wouldn't worry too much she'll do it when she's ready. Some kids don't crawl or will do it for only a short period of time. My daughter didn't like tummy too much either. She'd get upset want to get picked up wouldn't use her hands either. But she flies now lol. Pulling herself up and everything. Maybe encourage her with toys she like putting it just out of her reach. She'll more than likely get frustrated. But she will get it eventually. Don't worry she'll be fine.
