im gonna be baby sitting my 3 month old niece and my daughter is 11 months old and hasnt been around a baby before im afraid she'll get jealous and wont like it how should i introduce them and make sure she doesnt get jealous

Why don't you have a play date before you babysit that way it isn't a NEW introduction... When baby needs to eat you can have your daughter sit next to you and read her a story. Give her a doll that she can baby while you take care of your niece and have her change her baby like you change the baby, feed her baby like you feed the baby, etc.
