Hi Destiny. I hope you got a chance to go to the site I posted. It seems I have someone following me again and she got the same info from the site I posted, It does give you a lot of info. Have you heard from him yet? I sure hope so. It does say the initial week or so there is really no contact so after the first ten days go by and you have no talked to him go to that web site and get the number and call it so they can locate him. Keep me updated ) best of luck!!!!!!

His address when he's stationed somewhere will never appear as 'normal', it will always be an APO (Army Post Office)

He should be able to contact you directly after his first week, and if he hasn't, you can contact them to get an update, (580) 442-1261.

They will not have an APO address until after his initial 7-10 days is completed and he's assigned to his battalion, after which, he'll have a more 'regular' address.

Good luck to your son!

41 This is the information I got from there website. It does say that for the first 7 days they are very busy but if you have not heard from him after that they have a number you can call and get information. I hope this helps and good luck. Thank you for allowing your son to serve our country!
