My baby is going to be 7 months old on Oct 8 and im not sure how often or how much soild food she should be getting? she sleeps all night 11 to 12 hours and eats every 3 hours from the time she wakes up, she wakes up between 630 to 830 and she always has 5 feeds a day with 6 ounces so im not sure if i should be feeding her soild every 3 hours or miss everyother one but then she will be eating soilds right before bed and if been told i shouldnt do that?

Whenever you want. 'Typically' they say mid day... after a milk feed, but really... whatever works best for you is fine. If it's a NEW food I probably wouldn't do it at bedtime in case of allergic reaction, but if it's something she's had before and handled fine.... nothing wrong with eating in the evening. Morning is fine too.

At 7 months I wouldn't be feeding solids more than once a day... MAYBE twice on occasion, but breast milk or formula is supposed to make up almost all (and sometimes all) of their diet right now. Solids are not a replacement for their milk until a year. Just an addition for some fun with tastes and textures.

I don't think you're supposed to feed them right before bed. I would go with how much she wants to have. 7 months is still pretty new to eating solids, I used to feed my son just the rice cereal for a bit. Maybe you should ask your doctor just to be safe.
