How the heck do you play with an 8 week old?

My daughter is now 8 weeks old and she is up a lot in the day since she generally sleeps about 10 hours straight at night and I have no clue how to play with her. Of course we do tummy time but I don't know what else to do with her. She is too young to grab toys or anything yet so I'm just lost I guess. We usually have just benn kind of bouncing her or just reading and talking to her but I'd love to do more just not sure what.
